Return Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with purchase made at Toy4gift.com. If you're not happy we welcome your return within 30 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met:

• The item(s) were purchased from Toy4gift.com.
• The item(s) is new and unused with no signs of wear or use.
• All original packaging, including warranties, inner packaging and tags must be present, attached, and in good condition.
• The product must still be in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION.
• Items cannot be returned if assembled.
• if the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, toy4gift.com will also refuse to accept this as a valid return.
• Video games and similar items are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.

At that time you’ll be given important information (ex. restocking fees, return authorization numbers, return freight responsibilities, etc.) that is mandatory for a successful return/refund. Unreported (unauthorized) returns will not be accepted and may be refused by our warehouse.

To initiate a return you must send an email to ADMIN@TOY4GIFT.COM explaining why you want to return the product and verifying the product will be returned in the condition stated above. TOY4GIFT.COM will email you an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). You must have an assigned RMA number prior to returning any items, and this number must be clearly marked on the shipping label. Packages returned without an assigned RMA Number clearly marked on the shipping label will not be accepted, and returned to sender unopened.

  1. Shipping & Handling Charges: If you paid for shipping with your order, the shipping amount is not refundable. If your original purchase qualified for free shipping, you will be still responsible to pay for all shipping costs that were originally incurred by TOY4GIFT.COM. plus the actual return shipping costs. Please note that large and heavy items can be very expensive to return .

Refusal of Shipment: A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred by TOY4GIFT.COM These charges apply even if the order qualified for free shipping. plus the actual return shipping costs.   3. Undeliverable Shipments: If an invalid or undeliverable address is provided when the order is placed and the shipping company returns your package to us, it is the same as making a return. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred by TOY4GIFT.COM . These charges apply even if the order qualified for free shipping. plus the actual return shipping costs.
  4. Items received as gifts are only eligible for a store credit.
  5. If a returned item is missing parts, documentation or shows signs of use or ware there will be a 30% restocking fee applied.

DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE
Please also note at the time of your delivery, to be sure to check your packages for any damages. If damages occur and are not noted to your delivering driver, claims will be more difficult to process.

If damage or shortage is apparent at the time of delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt along with the signature of the delivery driver verifying the same. Save the damaged carton for inspection purposes. Open all packages immediately and inspect the merchandise to see if it is in good condition. If concealed damage (damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident), is exposed, notifiy us at once. We must notifiy carriers within 10 days, or they may deny liability. Check merchandise against the packing slip. If an overage or shortage exists, or if there are any other problems with the order, please notify ADMIN@TOY4GIFT.COM within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.
