Orders and shipping
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Carrier delivery estimates appear at checkout and may change during holidays or severe weather.
How do I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is emailed after the order ships. Check spam or promotions folders before contacting us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, but we will help when we can.
Products
Are the Bobo Toy Box contents guaranteed?
No. The photos show examples. The toy count follows the selected box size, but colors, characters, and individual items vary.
Are batteries included with the hopping bunny?
No. The bunny requires 2 AA batteries. Adult installation and supervision are recommended.
Why are some magnet or sparkler items unavailable?
We pause products with elevated safety or shipping requirements until required labeling and compliance documentation are reviewed.

Stop using the item, keep it away from children and pets, and email toy4gift@hotmail.com with your order number, product name, photos, and a description of the issue.
