Contact Toy4Gift promptly after delivery if you want to request a return. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.

Return conditions

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the circumstances of the request. Items should be unused, complete and in original packaging with labels, instructions, accessories and included parts.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Email us with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. After review, we will explain the available replacement, refund or return options.

Return shipping

Return-shipping responsibility is confirmed when a request is reviewed. Do not purchase return postage until instructions are provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Banks and card issuers may require additional time to post the credit.

Products requiring additional review

Opened, used, incomplete or safety-sensitive products may have different eligibility. Applicable requirements will be explained during the return request.
