Shipping Policy

We currently ship to destinations offered during checkout. Available services, charges, and carrier estimates are shown before payment.

Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Weekends, holidays, address checks, high-volume periods, and severe weather can add time.

Delivery estimates

Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days after carrier acceptance, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Tracking is emailed when available.

Free shipping

Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $35 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review your address before checkout. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check the delivery area and household members, then contact the carrier and Toy4Gift.

Restricted products

Items with special carrier or regulatory requirements may be unavailable or restricted by destination. Products on compliance hold cannot be purchased.
