Product Safety & Compliance

Read the product page, package label, warnings, and instructions before use. Age guidance is a starting point; the supervising adult must consider the individual child and the play environment.

Small parts

Keep small components, packaging, ties, and plastic bags away from children below the age stated on the product. Inspect items before each use and stop using damaged products.

Magnets

Swallowed magnets can cause serious injury or death. High-powered magnet products are not offered for sale while applicable documentation and labeling are under review. Keep all magnets away from children, pets, and anyone who may place parts in the mouth or nose. Seek immediate medical attention if ingestion or insertion is suspected.

Battery-operated toys

An adult should install and replace batteries. Match polarity, secure the compartment, do not mix battery types or old and new batteries, and remove batteries during long storage. Keep batteries away from children and recycle or dispose of them according to local requirements.

Foam and active-play products

Use in a clear area away from traffic, stairs, glass, lamps, pets, and breakable objects. Soft products can still cause injury if thrown at people or used in an unsafe environment.

Sparklers and fireworks

Sparklers burn at high temperatures and are not toys. Fireworks-related items are held from sale while labeling, shipping, age restrictions, and regulatory documentation are reviewed.

Report a concern

Stop using the product and email toy4gift@hotmail.com with the order number, product name, photos, and a description. If an injury or suspected ingestion has occurred, seek appropriate medical help immediately.
